  • Page 7 ROUND CORNER BUNK BED STEP 1 Attach bottom cross (E) and top bunk crosses (J) to rail (Q) with joint connectors (1) as shown. Use Allen key (6) to tighten the joint connector (1). Repeat this step to assemble the other headboard using top bunk crosses (I). NOTE- these end panels will be used on the top bunk.

Attach the long guardrails (L) to the top bunk crosses (I & J) with joint connector (1). Use Allen key (6) to tighten the joint connectors (1).

  • Page 15 ROUND CORNER BUNK BED STEP 9 Insert two slats (R) into the center slots of the bottom side rails (G and H) of the top and bottom bunk beds as shown. NOTE: Once inserted, there should be three empty spaces on each side.
  • Page 16 ROUND CORNER BUNK BED STEP 10 Insert slats (K) into remaining holes on the bottom side rails (G and H) on the top and lower bunk. Secure slats (K) to the side rails (G and H) with flat head wood screws (4) using a Phillips head screw driver (not included).
  • Page 17 ROUND CORNER BUNK BED STEP 11 Place four metal pin (5) into the holes in the bottom posts (C and D). Stack the top bunk onto the bottom bunk with the help of another person.
  • Page 18 ROUND CORNER BUNK BED STEP 12 To assemble the ladder, insert wood dowels (2) into the end of the ladder steps (P). Attach long ladder end (N) and short ladder end (O) to ladder steps (P) with wood joint connectors (3) and Allen key (6).
