After iron temperature is sufficiently heated, open water tank valve, and press the steam switch. (Press for 1~2 seconds and pause for 3~4 seconds. Repeat, pressing 1~2 seconds then resting 3~4 seconds.) Press the steam switch this way when you need steam.

My switch housing broke. I ordered another on ebay, everything went together perfectly until the turquoise wire, the old one had a space for the ring connection to exit under the screw, but this one does not. Please advise how to remedy. Can i just get a longer screw?
