CALLER 10 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
SETTING UP YOUR LANGUAGE, AREA CODE, TIME AND DATE
1. If you have {lot installed the batteries
yet. please do so now.
See page 7 for details.
2. If you do not set up the language or time, this phone will automatically
set itself for English
(tJolllult language),
and the time will be automatically
set up by the phone company
when
tho phone rings.
3 In order for the phone to call back a number displayed .. you need to set up your area code.

For local calls, this phone will automatically
dial the number without the Area Code.
I! you do not need the Call Ba~
feature or you do not need to store numbers received
into
memory, do nothing.
Your phone is, now set up. However, to use the features. follow the steps
bolow
SET LANGUAGE
Set thlt phone to Setup mode by installing
new batteries
and pressing
the
CD
DELETE
button first, then while holding down the
CD
DELETE button, press the
CD
DOWN button.
(If your phone cannot be setup this way, remove all 4 batteries for 5 minutes or see RESET
YOUR PHONE on page 11. and try this step again).
NOTf:: When installing
batteries,
the first time your phone may automatically
go to the Setup
mode and display this: .

If you do nothing, "En will be selected automatically
after a few seconds.
If you want to select French (F) or Spanish (S), press the

DOWN button till your

DELETE button to confirm.
If you do not press

English will be selected
automatically
and the
scroon will ask you to set the Area Code.

Whllo the first digit Is flashing. you should:
1. Pross tho
CD
UP button till the first digit of your area code is displayed (flashing).
2. Press the
CD
DELETE button to accept and go to the next digit.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 above to set the 2nd and 3rd digits of your area code.
