Remove the screws and the lower
front cover .

Check all electrical
connections
Lubricate the inner square
tubes and the actuator rod

with WD-40 or equivalent .
⑤
Reattach the front and the top
cover .
Reconnect mains .
Lower the wash basin to its
lowest position, and then run
it to the top position again to
distribute the lubricant .
