I have a Therm Pro 67B unit in which the base unit no longer syncs with the remote transmitter I tried to sync them up but the remote transmitter does not light up either red or green. There is no indication of low battery in either unit. Can you help me with this? Thanks

If the ThermoPro TP-67 remote transmitter does not light up, charge it using the USB charging adapter. The light will turn green when charging is complete. Then, press and hold the power button on the back of the remote transmitter to sync it with the base station. If syncing still fails, relocate both units closer together and away from electronic devices or metal surfaces that may cause interference. Repeat the synchronization process until the connection is established.
