Introduction
Welcome to the Wireless Fan Coil
Remote, the portable remote interface
to the Wireless Fan Coil Controller.
The Wireless Fan Coil Remote allows the
fan coil system to react to the
temperature being measured by the
remote and allows the user to control
the fan coil system from anywhere in
the home.
Notices
Please read these instructions carefully
before installing and using the
Wireless Fan Coil Remote.
• Do not cover any of the vents on the
thermostat.
• Do not place the unit in a bathroom
or area of excessive moisture.
• Do not allow the unit to get wet. This
device serves as a temperature
control system only in dry, closed
living and office spaces.
• Do not use solvents or aggressive
cleaning agents. A dry, soft cloth is
recommended.
The manufacturer does not accept
responsibility for any damage caused
by not following these instructions.
In the Box
Make sure you have the following items:
Remote with Batteries and
Wall Mount

Tools Required:

• #1 Phillips or flathead screwdriver
• Drill with 3/16" bit (only if you need to use anchors)
1. Pull Battery Tab
Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote and pull the battery tab to
power up the remote.
2. Pair Remote with Controller
If using a gateway, power up and pair the remote with the Smart Home system first.
When the remote enters Identify Mode after pairing, place the Wireless Fan Coil
Controller in Identify Mode as well. The remote will automatically link to the controller.
If using a Wireless Fan Coil Controller built network, place the Wireless Fan Coil
Controller in Identify Mode and power up the remote. The remote will automatically
link to the controller after joining the controller-built network.
If not paired to a network, the remote will simply display the
temperature and humidity as shown on the right. Any button press will
initiate an attempt to pair with a network.
3. Decide on Mounting Location
The Wireless Fan Coil Remote can be mounted on a wall so that it is out of the way, or
it can be placed in the Desk Stand for easy portability.

For mounting on a wall, remove the Wall Mount from the
back of the remote and attach the Wall Mount to the
desired location on the wall using the provided anchors
and screws. Then slip the remote onto the Wall Mount.
For desk or cabinet top operation,
remove the wall mount from the
back of the remote and slip the
remote onto the Desk Stand.
