The control processor accepts different key commands of the screen, issuing different series of commands and signal, which coordinate with the whole unit based on different key requests. The specific implementation: adopting FPGA and its kernel, programming control realizes this function. Issuing directive controls the whole unit working orderly(Producing corresponding control signal).

Average, enhancement, gamma correction, digital zoom, logarithmic compression, smoothing interpolation and band pass of images, harmonic imaging and other series of are all finished in DSC. The final image displayed on the screen. The deposited information will be stored into memory by the imaging processor. The information will be sent to the screen when the information is read out from the memory.

Figure3-2 Power principle diagram 3.1.3 U disk interface board (HD-PG-JK1.0) U disk interface board:Contains the USB signal conversion circuit, and the circuit will convert the signal of the mainframe into digital signal of USB2.0 interface protocol. It also includes the USB2.0 interface. U disk interface board is the signal conversion board connected to the mainframe computer, and the board is connected through the socket JP1of the board and the socket JP1 of the motherboard.
information through switching the XS3 interface of USB interface board to the external computer workstation. Note: XS1 interface of interface board is the input interface of spare mainframe power Interface XS5 of the interface board connects with the fan. (the supplying power of the fan is +5V).
power DC+14V outputted by the base to the socket XS1 of this board. Then through the socket XS2 of this board the power is outputted the socket JP3 of the main board to supply power to the main frame. 3.1.7 Battery interface board ( HD-DG-FJ-04A ) Both battery power supplying the mainframe and mainframe charging the battery are through connecting this board.
3.1.10 display screen According to the command of the control processor, the screen displays some of the following information pictures: ultrasound scanning image, play backing original information of database, selecting menu information. 3.1.11 touch screen The touch screen accepts operator’s key request, and send the request signal to the control processor and give instructions according to control processor’s request.
3.1.15 Description of the principle of the hardware The mainframe adopts swinging (with rotation) three-dimensional ultrasound probes which is a three-phase stepper motor driving directly. Probe scanning control: there are two stepper motors in the probe: down located stepper motor do rotate motion of 1800 along the longitudinal axis, while up located stepper motor do oscillating motion of 1200.

transmission circuit. The transmission circuit amplifies the pulse and sends it to the probe chip. The probe chip is actually an energy conversion device. Transmission is the energy conversion that changes the transmission pulse (electrical energy) to mechanical energy and then into ultrasonic energy. Receiving is the conversion that changes ultrasonic energy into mechanical energy and then into electrical energy.
