Sometimes in shipping the fan may be damaged due to mishandling or jarring of the unit. Contact your shipper and CITC if damage has occurred in transport. 2. Our customer service department will respond to your problems immediately. Subject to the following conditions, CITC will repair any defect or fault in the unit if it is caused by a proven factory defect within one year of delivery to the end user.
