The glowing wood and parts
of the fire basket become very
hot during operation and can
start fires.
General safety instructions
– It is essential that you have a fire extin-
guisher and first-aid kit ready and be
prepared for an accident or fire.
– Any user of this device must read and
understand this user manual before
first time operation in order to ensure
safe use.
– Observe all safety information! Not ob-
serving safety instructions can cause
hazards for yourself and others.
– Keep all user manuals and safety in-
structions for future use.
– Keep children away from the device.
Keep the device in a safe place out
of reach of children and unauthorized
persons.

– All parts of the device must be assem-
bled properly in order to ensure flaw-
less operation.
– Reconstruction, unauthorized modifica-
tions or usage of unauthorized parts are
not permitted.
– The fire basket should be placed on a
safe, even, fireproof surface.
– Never use the fire basket for burning
waste or any other unsuitable or unrec-
ommended fuels including liquid fuels.
– Keep a minimum distance of at least
3m towards flammable materials and
surrounding surfaces.
– Attention! Danger of carbon monox-
ide poisoning! Only for outdoor use! Do
not use the fire basket in closed rooms!
– Attention! Always comply with na-
tional and local regulations regarding
permits, operation, safety distances
and the like!
– Only use the fire basket for burning
ready-for-use soft or hard wood (no
pellets made of this wood)!
– Attention! This fire basket gets very
hot! Do not move it during use!
– Attention! Do not use spirit or petrol
for igniting or re-igniting! Only use fire-
lighters in accordance with EN 1860-3!
– Attention! Keep children and pets at a
safe distance!
– Do not use the fire basket if it shows
any deformations or damages. Check
before every use!
