The heating on the SVAGO SV-630 may not be working if the air hoses and heat coils in the back pad are not properly connected. Ensure the hoses are aligned and securely connected to the connectors and heat coils, then zip up the back pad as instructed in the assembly steps.

PLACING THE CHAIR 1. Lay a carpet down, or something similar, in the set up location. This will prevent floor damage, and will muffle the noise during use. 2. Ensure there is sufficient space to allow the chair to recline. Allow a clearance of 30cm (11.8") or more to the front and the back of the chair.
