  • Page 3 Installing a 2.5" SATA Drive The SATA HDD bracket is included in the product package and can accommodate two SATA drives. Use the following procedure to install a SATA HDD or SSD: 1. Remove the thumb screws that secure the drive bay on the mainboard and then remove the drive bay.
  • Page 4 2. Place the SATA drive with the HDD bracket into the system. Align the mounting holes on the HDD bracket with the mounting holes on the mainboard and use the provided screws to secure the drive in place. Mounting Screw Mounting Screw 3.

    Installing a SODIMM Grasp the module by its edges and align the SODIMM’s notch with the socket’s key; then insert the SODIMM into the socket at an angle and push it forward until the retaining clips snap behind. Make sure that you have inserted the module fully into the socket so that the retaining clips will snap into place.
  • Page 6 Installing a Mini PCIe Expansion Card The Mini PCIe socket is located on the mainboard. Remove the HDD bracket first to access the socket. Use the following procedure to install a Mini PCIe card: 1. Grasp the Mini PCIe card by its edges and align the notch in the connector of the Mini PCIe card with the notch in the connector on the mainboard.

Use the following procedure to install an M.2 card: 1. Align the notch at the edge of the M.2 card with the key in the connector. 2.
