Ⅵ. Industrial Product Warranty 1. No-charge warranty period The no-charge warranty period shall be for one year from the date of delivery to you or your customer. In the case of repair, overhaul or other maintenance by Toyo Denki or a company designated by Toyo Denki, the warranty period for the parts concerned shall be for one year from the date of acceptance inspection.
