    Sentinel Series Introduction Overview The Sentinel Series is a wireless communication device that provides quick and easy access to remote information such as storage tank inventory. Intended for supplier-managed inventory programs, the Sentinel utilizes the latest internet and cellular technology to provide instant access to inventory information around the globe.

    Sentinel Series Telemetry Tank Sump Liquid Level Monitoring Transfer of Data The Sentinel communicates to the cloud based data center using a wireless cellular technology called GSM Short Message Service. This technology allows the unit to transmit digital data to the data center using the existing network of GSM cellular towers deployed throughout North America.

The Sentinel estimates the remaining battery life using a sophisticated algorithm based on the battery voltage and temperature, cellular signal strength and the number of transmissions and retries that the unit has made.

Wait 30 seconds to initialize the Sentinel memory and then reinsert the batteries. If the green LED does not come on when the switch is pressed, replace the batteries with new ones.
