Lower instrument panel knee bolsters are provided to absorb energy during frontal col-
lisions and are designed to limit leg movement to decrease the chance of injury to the
driver and front passenger.
Sitting too close to an airbag when it deploys can increase the risk of serious injury or
death. Always properly wear your seat belt. See Owner's Manual for more information
