TROUBLESHOOTING This unit is equipped with safety sensors that may include there is no voltage at the controller, check the high and low pressure sensors for the refrigeration circuit flow and verify that the chiller is receiving at least and also a flow switch to help prevent freezing if there 2.5 GPM for each ton of cooling required.
