- Page 2 Remove any moisture and dirt from the impact by using Prep-Clean. Bring the DART plunger forward by turning it clockwise until a small space is created in the injector. Apply two to three drops of UV resin and turn DART into the sputnik head.
- Page 3 To fix the plunger, turn the plunger a quart turn and DART is under vacuum. The present air is now being sucked out of the UV resin by DART and in this way makes room for the UV resin to fillup this space.
- Page 4 INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR WINDSHIELDREPAIR WITH DART If no more air is detected in the impact under atmospheric pressure, DART can be released from the glass, the remaining UV resin now runs over the point of impact. Remove any excess UV-Resin and etch the impact with Prep Clean.
