USING THE QUIKFREEZE KEY
QUIKFREEZE
Press the
small PIP window. Use the QuikFreeze to hold an advertised phone number or address on the screen until the viewer
collects the information. Pressing any key will turn QuikFreeze feature OFF.
Option
Normal Viewing.
Using PIP
(2 channels).
Record one channel and
watch another (except
Premium).
Operating Hints:
PIP (small) window program sound will not be heard.
If the Remote cannot be programmed to operate
your VCR, you must use the VCR's remote to
perform VCR functions.

RESETTING THE TV

Press the RESET key to automatically reset the television to factory settings. These features will automatically reset:
Picture/Sound Adjustments: Color, Tint, Contrast, Brightness,
Sharpness, Color Enhancer, Bass, Treble, and Surround Sound
Channel Memory
Audio to Stereo
Initial Channel
Caption to OFF
V-Guide to OFF
Language to English
Clock and Sleep Timer (if previously set)
If desired, personal settings can be made again using the menu options.

Troubleshooting Hints:
PIP window is black with no picture:
1. Check cable connections.
2. Make sure VCR is turned on.
3. Select another channel on your VCR.
