Measure whether the voltage of the R60005 is 3 V. The voltage of the R60005 is 3 V if
the system is normally started.
Connect the R60001 to the CPU and use the multimeter to measure whether the
impedance is normal.
Measure whether the voltage is 3 V at both ends of the motor. If yes, replace the motor.
