Assembly Instructions

Carefully place mattress support panel onto corresponding pins of assembly and secure with 4 bolt caps as shown.
Secure each cap with large Allen wrench.

Locate levelers on each leg and adjust as necessary. Assembly is now complete.
NOTE: Make sure
metal plate of mattress
panel is at the bottom
during assembly
