assist customer service by quoting the
product and production numbers. This

Possible cause
The appliance main switch
has not been switched on.
Power failure; the fuse has
been switched off; the
mains plug has not been
inserted properly.
Ambient temperature is
below 20 °C or super
freezing has been
switched on. Not a fault!
Remedial action
Press the appliance main switch.
Check whether the power is on, check the
fuses.
The interior light goes out again at ambient
temperatures above 20 °C or after super
freezing has been switched off.
