Do not attempt to assemble the swing set if any parts are missing or damaged.
PLAY FORT CONFIGURATION The Action Play Fort can be set up in a number of different configurations to suit different backyards and customer preferences. For these alternate set up options, swing set section must always be attached to the fort on side A. This side is easily identified as it has a higher support bar than the other three sides of the fort (see illustration below).
SECTION 1 – FORT ASSEMBLY Figure 1: Slide sand pit stays x 4 (D61) through each of the side sleeves of the sand pit floor (B23). Place lower main frame tubes x 4 (D60) on the four corners of the sand pit floor, using one person to hold the poles vertically while second person attaches components.

SECTION 2 - MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY Assemble the Main Frame using the provided tools Wrench and Allen Key. Note: 1) At least two people are required to erect the Main Frame and Leg Tubes. 2) Make sure legs are positioned so that frame legs are on level ground, with ground peg holes facing out and away from swing.
SECTION 3 - SLING SWING ASSEMBLY Attach the Sling Swing to the Main Frame as shown In main diagram, using eyebolt S3 (x2), washer U1 (x2) and nut R8 (x2). Figure 10 The correct installation of eye bolt requires that the thread of the bolt does not protrude more than 1 to 2 complete turns/threads past the top of the Nylok nut.
SECTION 4 - TRAPEZE ASSEMBLY Connect the Trapeze to the Main Frame as shown below. Play Fort when completed should resemble the diagram below, but may vary slightly if you have chosen a different configuration for the position of the Monkey bar, slide and ladder sections. Before use, do a final inspection of the unit, ensuring all plastic, and assembly tools are removed from the play area, and also that all screws are correctly tightened.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION To maximise the life of your swing set, make sure your children enjoy your swing sets safely. It is important to check and inspect the following regularly before each use of the swing set, and carry out necessary maintenance immediately.

Play Fort Limited Warranty ACTION SPORTS warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. The various components of the swing set are warranted against defects and workmanship for 6 months. All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase.
