The support surface used with this changing unit should be level, stable, and structurally
sound with minimum surface dimensions of 43"W x 17-3/4"D.
• Read all instructions before use of the changing tray or table.
• Keep instructions for future use.
• Do not use changing tray or table if it is damaged or broken.
• This product is not intended to be used as a changing table without the corresponding
Crate and Barrel contoured changing pad. Use of this product without this may result in
death or serious injury to your child from falling. Follow all instructions on attaching and
using the Crate and Barrel contoured changing pad.
• The maximum weight for safe use of this item is 30 lbs.
The recommended dimensions of the Crate and Barrel contoured changing pad is
34-1/2" W x 16-1/4" L x 3-1/2" D.

Cleaning and Care:

Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
