Set options for broadcast messages

To allow broadcast messages, you must activate the
feature and set options.
1.
In Idle mode, press <
→ Broadcast messages.
2.
Scroll to Activation
On or Off.
3.
Scroll down to
4.
Select one of the following:
• All channels
channels
• My channels
specified channels
5.
If you selected
to specify broadcast channels.
a. Press <Create> to add a new channel.
b. Enter a channel ID and channel title.
c. Press <Save>.
6.
Scroll down to
7.
Select All or individual languages for receiving
broadcast messages.
8.
When you are finished selecting languages, press
<OK>.
9.
Press < Save> to store your settings.
Menu> →
and then scroll left or right to set
Receiving channels
: Receive broadcast messages from all
: Receive broadcast messages from
My channels, scroll down and press [ ]
Language and press [ ].
Use advanced messaging functions
Messages → Settings
and press [ ].
