Send and view messages

Learn to send and view text (SMS), multimedia (MMS),
and email messages.

Send a text message

You can create a basic text message by entering text and
a recipient's number.
1.
In Idle mode, press <
message → Message.
2.
Enter your message text.
To insert text templates, emoticons, contacts, or
bookmarks, press <Options> →
→ an item.
3.
Scroll up and enter a destination number.
To send the message to multiple destinations, scroll
right and enter additional numbers.
4.
Press [ ] to send the message.
If you are interrupted while creating a message, the
message will be automatically saved in Drafts. If a
message fails to send, it will be saved in Outbox.
