    Ensure that the plug-in couplings are clean. Mounting the dirt collector - SWE-HY 150 Mount the two attachment plates (collector receptacles) on both facing sides of the sweeper, using 4 M 8 x 20 mm screws for each side.

    Operation Mounting the side broom 1500 When attaching for the first time pull the right tension rod out of the sweeper and instead of the large diameter washer, slide on the provided spring-lock washer and pulley. Intro- duce all of these elements together into the sweeper. Now screw the attachment plate to the right side panel with four screws, spring-lock washers + nuts (see 4x A).

    Operation Mounting the side broom 1500 To mount the side brush, dismount the 3 screws (M8 x 20 mm) on the collector, replace the fastening plate with the support arm of the side broom. Picture Fasten the pipelines and the control valve (Picture 4) in the bores provided for this purpose. When mounting the pipelines on the second side of the holding clips, insert the spacers.

    Operation Operation Operating instructions - sweeper Using the turning handles, adjust the two support wheels in such a manner that the sweeper roller makes a strip approximately 4 cm in width (Picture 6) against the ground. In this process use the markings to ensure that the two support wheels have the same setting! Note: Adjusting the sweeper roller too tight does not produce a better sweeping result.

    Operation Side brush - adjustment 1500 Only adjust the side brush after the main sweeper roller and dirt collector are adjusted. Use the hand wheel to adjust the side broom in such a manner that corners that need to cleaned are completely swept out. If the side broom is not in use flip it up and secure it with linch pins.

    Maintenance Maintenance General Attention! Personal injury or damage to the machine can occur. Before each use of the machine check all safety-relevant parts and the hydraulic connections. Service ● The sweeper must be serviced at regular intervals. ● After execution of the tasks all dismounted safety devices must be properly reattached.
