DS62-Network, DS62-MD4 Network/Modem Host Module Connection Description BayTech's host communication module provides an interface that controls user access to the DS Series data switch and other DS Series connected modules. EIA-232 SERIAL CONNECTION The DS-Series host communications modules have an RJ-45 port which uses an 8-pin crossed modular cable to connect to a local EIA-232 device such as a computer terminal or external modem.
