To remove system lid, twist lid counter-clockwise to insert or remove batteries.
To replace system lid, align the vertical notches on the back of the lid & twist
clockwise until "F" logo faces tap handle to lock.

System Operation

Fizzics is optimized for carbonated beers and works with most hard ciders.
Press button to unlock and lift system canister from system base (Figure 1).
•
• Place a can or bottle into the system base (Figure 2). Lower system canister so draft tube is inserted into the can or bottle and system
canister is firmly secured to the system base.
• Hold glass under faucet at 45º angle. Pull handle forward to "tap/pour" beer (Figure 3). System will dispense ~ 9oz and shut-o automatically.
To "top/add Micro-Foam", hold the glass upright under system faucet and push handle backward. System will dispense an ideal amount of
Micro-Foam and shut-o automatically (Figure 4).
Note: By design, there will be a small amount of beer left in the bottle or can so you can pull or push the tap handle for additional beer
or Micro-Foam.

System Cleaning

System must be thoroughly cleaned after use.
• Press button to unlock and lift system canister from system base.
Rinse a can or bottle, fill with warm water and place into the system base. Lower system canister so draft tube is inserted into the can

or bottle and system canister is firmly secured to the system base. Note: The draft tube is not removable. Do not pull or remove.
Pull handle forward to run the warm water through system for 5 seconds.
•
• Remove system canister from base and allow to air dry o base overnight.
Rinse base and antimicrobial drip mat with warm water and allow to air dry.
