Troubleshooting Tips... Before you call for service
Problem
Refrigerator does not

Compressor runs too

Door does not close

NORMAL OPERATING SOUNDS YOU MAY HEAR
• Boiling water, gurgling sounds or slight vibrations that
are the result of the refrigerant circulating through the
cooling coils.
• The thermostat control will click when it cycles on and
off.

What To Do
Turn the temperature control to a setting between 1 and 7.
This is normal to maintain constant temperature during high
temperature, humid days.
Close the door completely
Clean the door gasket. See Cleaning.
Limit door openings to maintain the internal temperature.
