 When the green indicator light lights up again, the waffle maker has reached
the desired temperature again. Check whether the waffle has been cooked suffi-
ciently.
 If it is still too light or not solid enough, close the lid again for a short period of
time.
 When the waffle has finished cooking, remove it using heat-resistant wooden or
plastic cutlery.
PLEASE NOTE!
Risk of damage!
The non-stick coating on the cooking surfaces is sensi-
tive. There is a risk of scratching the surfaces.

Do not use any sharp objects or metal cutlery.
 You can now immediately fill the appliance with batter for the next waffle.
PLEASE NOTE!
It may take a little longer for the waffles to cook at the beginning. If you
use the waffle maker for a longer period of time, it will shorten the cook-
ing time.

5.3. End of operation

 Switch off the appliance after using it by removing the mains plug from the
power socket.
 Allow the appliance to cool down with the cooking surfaces open and then
clean it.

5.4. Tips

• Waffles made using milk are softer and darker.
• Using sparkling mineral water instead of milk makes the waffles fluffier.
• Wholemeal flour also produces good results.
• All of the ingredients should be mixed evenly to achieve a uniform level of
browning.
• If the desired level of browning is not achieved, you can add a little cooking oil
to the hot cooking surfaces using a small brush.
