    4 Installation The Alfa Laval Toftejorg TZ-89 is a media driven and media lubricated tank cleaning machine. No lubricating substances such as oil or grease are used. All materials are selected for contact with food. 4.1 Functioning The flow of the cleaning fluid passes through a guide and a turbine, which accordingly is set into rotation.

    4 Installation 4.2 General Safety and Installation Instructions The Alfa Laval Toftejorg TZ-89 is designed to be installed in a vertical upright position, however, the machine can operate horizontally or in any desired angle position. The machine is equipped with a sliding and locking type flange connection, permitting to adjust the protruding of the cleaning head into the tank from 65 - 766 mm for the standard configuration.
