pet tool brush won;t rotate
The pet tool brush on the Bissell Swivel Pet Rewind may not rotate due to debris blocking the brush area or lower hose. To fix this:

3. Remove 7 Phillips head screws to take off the brush access plate.
4. Disconnect the lower hose and turn the hose collar to the left.

The bar has frozen and will not turn at all manually. I’ve take it out, cleaned off all hair, etc, and replaced. I first noticed because of a slight burning smell. So, not sure that replacing the bar would fix it. Suggestions?
