2 EA. STABILIZER FTS7002 OR FTS6602
1 EA. DRAG LINK BRACKET FT8001-2 6 EA.
5/16" NYLOCK NUT
2 EA. ½" X 1 ¾" BOLT
4 EA. ½" SAE WASHER
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY FROM START TO FINISH BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION.
THIS STABILIZER KIT WILL NOT WORK ON STOCK HEIGHT VEHICLES
IT IS DESIGNED TO WORK ONLY ON VEHICLES WITH FABTECH LIFT SYSTEMS
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery. Raise the front of the truck off the ground and support the front frame rails
with jack stands. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE.
2. Center the steering wheel with the front wheels pointing straight ahead. Remove the factory locating clamp on the passenger
side tie rod adjuster sleeve.
3. The frame bracket will be attached to the top bolts of the I-beam drop bracket on the driver's side of the truck. Remove the
two front bracket bolts and place the stabilizer bracket against the frame. If you have to move the hard brake line, bend it as
little as possible to prevent any kinks. Insert the supplied ½" bolt with one ½" flat washer through the bracket and the frame.
Place another ½" flat washer on the other side of the bolt, followed by a ½" nylock nut. After you have installed both bolts,
fully tight the fasteners to 10 ft/lbs. SEE PHOTO BELOW.

  • Page 2 4. Take both stabilizer shocks and place one washer followed by one urethane bushing on the shaft end of each shock. Slide the shocks through the drag link bracket, followed by a urethane bushing and washer. Hand tighten the 3/8” nut on the end of the shock.
