Um den Anbau von Messsystemen mit
sinusförmigen Stromsignalen oder

rechteckförmigen Signalen und

Analogsignal-Umschaltung
zu überprüfen, können sie an die elektronische An-
bauhilfe PG1-I angeschlossen werden.
Je nach Ausführung des Messsystems wird dazu
ein entsprechendes Adapterkabel benötigt.
Im Display der PG1-I wird die Qualität der Mess-
signale und des Referenzimpulses (RI) in Form
von Anzeigebalken dargestellt.
Die Länge und die Position der Anzeigebalken gibt
Aufschluss darüber, wie genau das Längenmess-
system angebaut worden ist.
Erst wenn sich die Anzeigebalken innerhalb
der Begrenzungsrahmen befinden, sind die
Signalabweichungen im zulässigen Bereich.

of measuring systems with
sinusoidal voltage signals or

square-wave signals and analog signal switch-over

the linear encoders can be connected to
the electronic mounting controller PG1-I.
Depending on the type of the linear encoder
an appropriate adapter cable is needed.
In the display of the PG1-I the quality of
the counting signals and the reference mark (RI)
is shown in form of bars.
The length and the position of the bars inform
about how exact the linear encoder is mounted.
Only if the bars are within the limit-frame,
the signal deviations are in a permitted range.
