Before you start it is imperative that you read these instructions. Failure to do

pieces prior to beginning installation. If any discrepancies are discovered pease contact us
immediately so we may rectify the situation.
- Carefully read the Product Warranty and Assumption of Risk Agreement at the end of this
document.

You will need to refer to the install instructions for your bumper to complete the install. This adapter is intended to be used on bumpers that use the factory fog light bolt pattern.

Page 4: Install Procedure
Install Procedure: 1. Pre-assemble the four (4) individual adapters using the supplied hardware and components. HDW: 8 - #8-32 x 1.5 machine screws 8 - #8 flat washers 8 - #8-32 nylock nuts Tip: The washer goes behind the head of the machine screw. Depending on the bumper the machine screws may need to come in from the back side of the adapter. - Page 5 2. Locate one (1) of the adapters on the notch on the fog light. Tip: Only 1 of the adapters will locate on the fog light even though all of the back plates have the notch cut out. Page 4...
- Page 6 3. Tighten one of the machine screws to clamp the light into the adapter. Tools: Philips head screwdriver (small), 11/32” open end wrench or socket 4. Place the other adapter onto the fog light. Tip: The second adapter can be rotated, clearance, or modified to accommodate the needs of your particular bumper.
