Recording a Video

Tip: When shooting video in direct sunlight or in bright conditions, it is recommended that you provide your subject with sufficient light by
putting the light source behind you.
In Idle mode, touch Menu

Press the Camera key to enter Camera mode then touch the Video icon to toggle to the camcorder.

Adjust the image by aiming the camcorder at the subject.

Prior to recording a video, touch the Setup icon to set the White balance, Effects, and Video quality. For details,

Press the camera key to begin recording the video.

• Send to: allows you to send the recorded video to Photos.
• Play: allows you to play the recorded video.

Camcorder Options
In Capture mode (prior to shooting a new video), touch one of the on-screen icons to use various options for the
camcorder module.
• Camera/Video: allows you to record a video or take a picture.
• Mode: Normal or Picture message.
• Timer: allows you to set a time delay before the camcorder shoots the video. Select the length of delay you want and touch the Off,
2, 5, and 10 seconds. When you press the Camera key, the camcorder records the video at the specified time elapses.
