If no memos are saved for the selected date, the New
Memo text entry screen appears in the display.
If one or more memos are saved for the selected date,
the most recent memo's information appears in the
display. Press the Options (left) soft key (
(for Add). The New Memo text entry screen
appears in the display.
4. Create a new memo. See "Writing a New Memo" on
page 184 for more information.
The background color for the selected date on the
calendar changes to blue (today) or pink (not today) to
indicate that a memo exists for that date.
5. To return to the Idle screen, press the
Viewing Memos for a Selected Date
1. In Idle mode, press the Menu (left) soft key (

date highlighted.
