    4.5 Installation of a USB Driver (Only for HELMHOLZ Modem 56k USB small) The installation of the HELMHOLZ modem 56k USB small is performed in three steps. Dur- ing the first two installation steps, a virtual COM port is installed, through which a modem can be addressed via a terminal program or the configuration software HSComm.
