Notepad

Create, store and edit notes in Notepad.
From the Home screen, press the Center Select Key

to select MENU
Notepad.
To add a new note, press the Left Soft Key

enter the note, up to 30 characters. For more information,
see "Entering Text" on page 59.
When you're finished entering the note, press the Center

Select Key SAVE.
Managing Notes
From the Home screen, press the Center Select Key

Notepad.
Press the Directional Key to highlight a note, then

press the Right Soft Key
• Edit: Modify the highlighted note.
• Erase: Delete the highlighted note.
• Erase Notes: Mark multiple notes for deletion. Press the Center
Select Key Mark to mark a specific note to be erased or press

Done to delete the notes.
• Lock/Unlock: Locks or unlocks the entry to prevent deletion.

USB Mass Storage

Use your phone to connect to your PC, to transfer files between
the PC and an optional installed memory card.
Install an optional memory card into your phone. For more

Plug a USB Cable into your phone, and connect it to a USB

port on your PC.
3. From the Home screen, press the Center Select Key

to select MENU
Mass Storage.
Note: You cannot make or receive calls when using USB Mass Storage.
At the Removable Disk prompt on your PC, select the

desired action and click OK.
After performing the desired action, press the Center

Select Key DISCONNECT, then confirm the
disconnection at the prompt.
