Internet or your company's network and more, without
searching for a wall-mounted telephone jack.
When connected to a computing device (laptop, desktop,
handheld, palmtop, etc.) running Microsoft

other operating systems, your Sprint PCS Phone functions
just like a typical computer modem on your PC, enabling you
to use wireless data involving a wide variety of Windows
software applications. Refer to your data kit manual for
instructions to set up your computing device.
Note: Your phone must be on the Sprint PCS Wireless
Network to use Sprint PCS Wireless Web services.
Purchase a Sprint PCS Wireless Web Connection Kit (sold
separately).
Connect your laptop PC to your Sprint PCS Phone by
using the serial data cable. The cable adapter will
connect to a handheld or palm-sized computing device.
Use the CD-ROM to install the Sprint PCS Dialer
software onto your computer. It only takes a few minutes
to install. See the user guide in the Sprint PCS Wireless
Web Connection Kit for complete details on how to
install and use this service.
