Reviewing Page and Text Messages
To review page and text messages:
1. Press to display the Messages Menu.
2. Press 1. for Inbox. The number of new mes-
'
sages displays next to the associated message type
in the menu.
3. Press for Page, or press

ABC
indexed list of page or text messages displays. An
exclamation point next to an entry indicates an
urgent message. A check mark next to an entry
indicates that you have read and stored the
message.
4. Press the scroll keys to highlight a message, and
then press to select the highlighted message
for review. (You can also press the associated digit
key to select a message by its entry number.)
5.When the message displays, press
the message.
6.After reviewing the message, press
context-specific options:
• Press 1. ' for Talk (to call the phone number).
• Press 2 to Save the number (if there is no

Phone Book match).
• Press to Erase the message.

Choosing Alert Type for Message Receiving
The phone alerts you when a message is received.
You can choose how frequently this happens. The
three options are: EVERY 2 MIN, OFF, ONCE.
To set the frequency:
1. Press to display the Message menu.

3. Press GHI to select Alert.
4. Press the scroll keys until you find your desired
alert type.
5. Press to save the setting.
Erasing Messages
You can erase all stored messages.
To erase messages:
1. Press to display the Message Menu.
2. Press 1. ' for Inbox.
3. Press for Erase All.
