Using the Self Timer

You can use the self timer in combination with each shooting mode.
~
Press the self timer button once.
The LED on the self timer button
lights up.

Using the Flash Filter

Using the flash filter allows you to take a picture which may look different than usual.
Ÿ
If you press the shutter button, the self timer lamp is lit about 7
seconds. After that, the lamp flashes about 3 seconds and the
shutter is released.
※ To cancel the self timer, press the self timer button while the
self timer lamp is lit or flashing.
[Important] When you take a picture in a dark place
If you take a picture using the flash filter, the picture may look darker than expected.
Select for the shooting mode when you use the flash filter in a dark place such
as indoors and want the picture to look brighter.
Lit about 7 seconds Flashes about 3 seconds
