Changing the batteries

Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the Chatter-Block.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuit.

Troubleshooting

Chatter-Block is designed to work reliably and predictably in all normal
conditions. However, it is possible that problems may occur. Please check
the following before contacting technical support:
Problem Will not turn on
Solution Battery is very low, replace batteries
Problem Recorded sound is too quiet
Solution Remember to speak into the microphone
which is located next to the power switch

The Chatter Block takes 3 x AA Batteries. The
battery compartment is located on the face with the
power and record buttons. Using a small coin, open
the battery hatch. Carefully remove the plastic cover
to access the battery compartment.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be
recharged. Different types of batteries, or new and
used batteries are not to be mixed.
