Child restraint system with support leg

5. Stretch the support leg until it touches the

floor as instructed by the child restraint

system manufacturer.

Confirm that the section of the floor on

which the support leg rests is level. If the

section is not level, the support leg will

not provide adequate support. If this is

the case, move the seat forward or back

so that the support leg is resting on a

level section.
