    SAFETY PRECAUTIONS This machine is intended for commercial use. It is designed exclusively to scrub hard floors in an indoor environment and is not intended for any other purposes. Use only recommended scrubbing brushes and commercially available floor cleaners and waxes intended for machine application.

Do not wear loose jackets, shirts, or sleeves. - Use manufacturer supplied or approved replacement parts. - All repairs must be performed by a qualified service person.

    The warranty covers only the replacement, repair or adjustment of any part which in the opinion of Mitchell fails as a result of a fault in manufacture assembly. Note 2 year warranty applies to drive motors and gearbox assemblies on electrical machines.
