Thank you for purchasing the RichardSolo 10000 mAh 2-Port Power Bank. Please read these instructions before operation
and save for future reference.

Power Bank:
Detach removable USB/micro-USB charge cable

(1) and connect to micro-USB IN port (3).
Connect/charge via any powered USB port. Use

USB/AC adapter (not included) for faster results.
Four LEDs (4) flash in 25% increments and remain

solid when corresponding capacity is reached.
*Note: For step 1, you may also use your own USB/
micro-USB charge cable (not included). LEDs may not
provide an accurate reading while battery is recharging. For
optimum performance, make sure all LEDs have stopped
flashing and remain solid to ensure full charge capacity.
Total recharge time (0% - 100%) = about 5-6 hours.

Tandem charging:

Connect your own USB/micro-USB cable (not
included) to Dual Cable Power Bank charge port (3)
Connect to any powered USB port. Use USB/AC

adapter (not included) for faster results
Connect electronic device(s) to either USB
3
port (1 or 2) on Dual Cable Power Bank using
attached cables or your own USB charge cable
4 Device(s) begin recharging — when fully charged,
Dual Cable Power Bank recharges
*Note: Tandem charging requires a longer charging time
overall. For best results, tandem charge overnight.

Charging devices:

Connect attached micro-USB cable (1) to any micro-USB device*

For Apple Lightning devices, connect the Apple 8-pin cable* (2)

Press power button (5) to begin charging. Monitor charge status via screen icon on your
device.

To stop charging, remove cable from your device.
*Alternately, completely remove either cable (1 or 2) and connect your own USB charge cable
*Note: Dual Cable Power Bank LEDs remain lit while device is charging and show remaining
battery capacity. When device is full, Power Bank continues to safely trickle charge device. When
charge cable is removed, Power Bank shuts off in about 30 seconds.
Check remaining

Tap/release power button (5)
to check remaining power
bank charge capacity:
• 1 LED flashing = less
than 25%
• 1 LED solid = about 25%
• 2 LEDs = about 50%
• 3 LEDs = about 75%
• 4 LEDs = about 75-100%
