PREPARATION/ OPERATION
1. Fill the detergent tank.
2. Lower the machine head by
pressing the pedal downwards
and to the left.

3. Open the detergent tank tap.
4. Press the brush button.
5. Lower the squeegee using the
lever,
vacuum
motor
automatic.

6. Operate the drive lever.
7. Begin working.
8. When you have finished cleaning,
proceed as follows::
Brush head
Turn the brush motor off.
down
Raise the machine head.
Raise the squeegee.
Close the detergent tank tap.
If necessary, charge the
batteries.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
start
Empty the dirty water drum through
the drain hose.
Clean the dirty water drum.
Check the suction filter is undamaged
and clean.
Check the detergent tank fill filter is
undamaged and clean.
Check the detergent output filter is
undamaged and clean.
Clean the brush.

- Page 2 Attaching the brush: rest the brush on the floor in front of the machine and centre it with the guard. Lower the head and operate the brush/drive lever repeatedly until the brush automatically engages on the flange hub. If the operation is not successful, repeat by pressing on the lever again and repeating the centring. Removing the brush: raise the machine head by pushing the head lift pedal down and then to the right and operate the brush/drive lever repeatedly. After operating the lever a few times, the brush is released and falls to the ground. TROUBLE SHOOTING THE MACHINE DOES NOT COME ON/START UP CHECK THE BATTERY CHARGER CHECK THE DIRTY WATER DRUM IS NOT FULL THE SUCTION MOTOR DOES NOT WORK CHECK THE DIRTY WATER DRUM LEVEL SENSOR IS NOT BLOCKED/MALFUNCTIONING CHECK THE SQUEEGEE BLADES ARE NOT WORN CHECK THERE IS NO DEBRIS BETWEEN THE TWO SQUEEGEE BLADES CHECK THERE IS NO DEBRIS IN THE SUCTION HOSE THE MACHINE LEAVES THE FLOOR WET CHECK THE SUCTION FILTER IS UNDAMAGED AND CLEAN CHECK THE DETERGENT TANK LID IS CLOSED CORRECTLY CHECK THE SUCTION HOSE IS CORRECTLY ATTACHED TO THE SQUEEGEE CHECK THE TYPE OF BRUSH/PAD IN USE IS SUITABLE FOR THE TYPE OF DIRT AND THE MACHINE LEAVES THE FLOOR DIRTY FLOOR. CHECK THE FLOOR HAS BEEN BRUSHED BEFORE USING THE MACHINE CHECK THERE IS NO DEBRIS BETWEEN THE TWO SQUEEGEE BLADES THE MACHINE LEAVES STRIPES OF WET FLOOR CHECK THE SQUEEGEE BLADES ARE NOT WORN CHECK THE SQUEEGEE IS CORRECTLY ADJUSTED http://www.gadlee.com email: info@gadlee.com Toll‐Free:4008‐833‐830 ...
