    Menu Button Press Menu to set up your thermostat preferences, which can be changed whenever you like. Press Menu once to choose Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature – use Up & Down to make your choice and press OK Select 12 or 24-hour time using Up & Down – Down is 12-hour time; Up is 24-hour time.

    Multi-Function (MF) Button The MF button acts as the navigation button on your thermostat. Pressing MF will cycle through the following operating modes (from left to right, top to bottom), which light up when toggled to: • P HOLD (Permanent Hold) •...
  • Page 7: Schedule Modes

    Schedule Modes Press MF once, then OK for P HOLD. P Hold or Permanent Hold holds the selected settings and modes until otherwise changed. You’ll be prompted to select a temperature setpoint using Up & Down. Press MF twice, then OK for T HOLD. T Hold or Temporary Hold holds the selected settings and modes until the next scheduled program.

    Fan Modes Press MF 4 times, then OK for Auto. The thermostat automatically sets the fan to High, Med or Low speed determined by the difference between room temperature and the temperature setpoint. Press MF 5 times, then OK for Low. Manually set the fan speed to low.

    Press Up to select the month you return. Press OK. Use Up/Down to select your return date. Press OK. Press Up/Down to select the hour you return. Press OK. Press MF 11 times, then OK to turn off the VFC. No heating or cooling, system off.

    Battery Back-up Your thermostat has a CR2032 button battery installed for power back-up. The back-up battery saves all of your information in the event of power failure, including: • Date, time and temperature display, and other general settings • Your schedule and setpoints Ensure the plastic-tab insulator is removed for this to work.
