Model DVBS2-980ca menu button doesn't work. Have done a reboot. Turned on and off. Does show channels

The menu button on the SatKing DVBS2-980CA model may not be working because the receiver is stuck on the update screen. If the box tries to update and no update is available, it will remain on the update screen until it is manually reset by unplugging the power. This prevents access to the menu until the issue is resolved.
