battery is charging, it is normal.
Register the wireless mic
You should register your new wireless mic to the base unit
following the instructions below.
As part of this process, all existing, broken, or lost wireless
mics will be deregistered first. Then, the base unit will
re-register the four wireless mics that are placed into the
charging cradles.
During registration, incoming calls will not have any audio
after being answered. Audio connection will resume when
registration is complete.
To deregister the wireless microphones:
1. Place the new wireless mic and the other three wireless
mics into the charging cradles.
2. When the base unit has no active calls, press MENU.
3. On the Main Menu, highlight User Settings and then
press SELECT.
4. On the User settings menu, highlight Wireless
microphone and then press SELECT.
5. On the Wireless microphone menu, highlight Deregister
and then press SELECT. The screen displays
Deregister all wireless microphones?
Yes
6. Press
. The wireless mics enter the deregistration
mode, and the screen displays Deregistering... and then
Wireless microphones are deregistered. The microphone
status indicators flash red and green to indicate they are
awaiting registration.
After deregistration is complete, you must register each
microphone.
To register the wireless microphones:
1. On the Wireless microphone menu, with Register
highlighted, press SELECT. The screen displays
Registering... and then Registration succeeded. The
base plays a confirmation tone. The registered mic stops
flashing red and green.
2. Repeat step 1 for the remaining wireless microphones.
If a microphone fails to register, the base unit
will display Registration failed. Remove the
unregistered wireless mic from the charging
cradles and place it back in. Repeat steps 1 to
try the registration process again.
All wireless mics should always be kept on the
charging cradles during the registration process.
Any wireless mic that was deregistered but
not put into the charging cradle will remain
deregistered after the above operations.
Status indicators on the wireless mics flash red
and green alternately during registration.
To cancel registration, press Cancel.
