Keyboard
Type extension number, press enter key
Mouse
Click on the extension name once
Keyboard
Dial 9 then telephone number, press enter

Press Enter/ Release key

Click on Release key
Announced
Mouse only
Click on name once / announce call /
click on transfer or press enter key
Unannounced Mouse: Double click on name
Keyboard: Dial extension number and press
Enter / Release key
Announced
Mouse: Click on retrieve on right hand side
of screen
Unannounced Click on pick up last key
Keyboard
Press Ans / Hold key
Mouse
Click on hold (Call will move to the right hand
side of the screen)
Click on retrieve (If only one call on hold) OR
Double click on specific line – displayed in loop hold area
(If more than one call is on hold)
Click park, click orbit number 900 – 919, click park (If you
select orbit 999 the system will select an available orbit for
you)
Click park retrieve, enter orbit number, click recall
Click on busy extension, shown in red
Click on Callback key
Click on release (System will ring you when extension free)
